Six dims → deriveProfileFromDims → tempo, density, note length, taal preference, all fourteen voice levels, filter, reverb, delay, and the weights steering the arc. There is no separate reverb control because there is none in raga.fm — brightness is the filter.

lay goes dark in alap, melody solo and rest. Those sections have no pulse, so the control does not pretend to exist.

The grid is not wired to the instrument yet — the layout is Phase 1. What is here proves the cable both ways and shows the map: the legend names each row, hovering a key names that key. A series 256 has binary LEDs and one global intensity, so the plan's brightness tiers will have to be carried by blink and position instead.
